All contracts are directly controlled by the Directors for:
- Project co-ordination and planning
- Authority, inspections, utilities liaison
- Risk assessment
- Health and safety
- CDM administration as main contractor or sub contractor
- Toolbox talks
- Sub contractor assessment, selection
- Purchasing

All sub-contractors are vetted qualified subcontractors within their particular trades and with proven records working with Jackson Fletcher Ltd and include:
